WHY SHOULD I JUICE CLEANSE?

SHOULD I PRE-CLEANSE & POST-CLEANSE?

Absolutely! Eating large meals before or after a juice cleanse can be shocking to your digestive system. We recommend enjoying a full day our mostly raw food menus which are designed to help prepare your body to enter into and transition out of a juice cleanse safely.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I JUICE CLEANSE?

We recommend detoxing four (4) times a year, once every season. DrS Detox Programs allow you to hydrate yourself back to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

HOW DO I GET THE BEST RESULT FROM MY CLEANSE?

Honor Your Commitment to Self:
Treat your detox like a vacation. Plan to relax and detox mentally as well as physically. Mark your calendar and make sure there are not any major events or travel planned within 2-3 days of your Detox Program.

Avoid Caffeine:
No coffee. Allow the body to wake up naturally.

Slow Down:
Eat slowly with intention and chew your food thoroughly. Take the same time to drink your juices as you would a full meal.

Hydrate:
Drinking water or decaffeinated teas can help curb hunger. To increase detox results, combine 1/3 of your Detox Juice No. 9 with 12 oz. of warm or cold water between meals throughout the day.
